Decoilers
Multiple types and configurations of decoiling/unwinding machines are optional: 3tons, 5tons, 8tons, 10tons, 15tons, coil cart, pressing arm, double head decoiler etc.

Pre-shearing
The electric front cutting device perfectly cuts the remaining steel plate when replacing different steel coils.

Rollers and shafts
The roller and roller shaft are selected and processed according to the simulation design of the rolling forming system. The materials are 45 carbon steel, 40Cr, 42Cr, Cr12, Cr12MoV, etc. The processing steps include turning, milling, precision grinding, chrome plating, nitriding, heat treatment, etc.

Roller station
The roller base adopts European guide pillar design, casting memorial archway design, etc. Good assembly and maintenance performance, high-precision manufacturing, make the forming system work stably, with high precision, low vibration, and good durability.

Post cutting system
The post cutting system can be configured with multiple options, with efficient and maintenance free motor cutting, greater hydraulic cutting force, and longer cutting stroke. The cutting accuracy and stability of the 4-guiding column are better.

Transmission system
The built-in double row chain transmission system has good working stability, high transmission strength, high safety, and strong maintainability.

Stacking system
Multiple parameters can be selected for the automatic stacking system. 6 meters, 8 meters, 10 meters, 12 meters, 15 meters, etc. The maximum length can be customized according to customers. Horizontal and vertical discharge are also optional.

Flying cutting system
The flying shear system can be customized according to customer needs. The flying shear system achieves non-stop roll forming during cutting, greatly improving production speed and efficiency. It is recommended to use the flying shear system in conjunction with an automatic stacking system.

Electric system
The electronic control system uses international brands such as Mitsubishi and Siemens PLC and frequency converters, as well as Schneider circuit breakers, Omron encoders, and equivalent low-voltage electronic components. Realize fully automatic control of the roll forming system, complete automated forming, fixed length cutting, discharging, stacking and other production processes.
